This policy explains how FluxVideo Pro collects, uses, and protects information when you use fluxvideo.pro.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and a provider account identifier. We also store purchase records, support messages, and product activity needed to operate your account. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your private workspace, provide purchased access, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Google supports sign-in, Turso stores account and purchase records, Stripe processes payments, and Cloudflare delivers the site and protects network traffic. We retain records while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Some transaction records may be retained when required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
